One K-pop idol and one actor are now officially a married couple.
According to Koreaboo, former Nine Muses member Jo Ga Bin and actor Hwang Min Soo held their wedding ceremony on October 4th. The ceremony was attended by family and close friends, with Jo Ga Bin’s longtime colleagues turning up to celebrate the couple’s new beginning.
The highlight of the day came from Nine Muses itself. The members took the stage to sing for their former groupmate, choosing the group’s signature track, “Drama.” Jo Ga Bin joined Nine Muses in 2015 and promoted “Drama” with the group — so about 11 years later, the same song resonated once again, this time celebrating her wedding.
While singing, the members sincerely congratulated Jo Ga Bin on her marriage, and some were moved to tears. One member even shared photos of herself crying at the wedding on social media.
The groom had his own surprise: Hwang Min Soo prepared a song himself and gifted it to bride Jo Ga Bin, adding to the warm atmosphere. Jo Ga Bin later shared photos and videos of the wedding, taken by acquaintances, on her social media.
The couple’s marriage news was first made public in August. Jo Ga Bin explained that she dated Hwang Min Soo for about four years, describing him as someone who “carefully understands her feelings and warmly supports her during tough times.”
